Day 1: Arrival on Ilha do Sal. Transfer to your accommodation in Santa Maria.
Day 2: 09:30 - Half-day visit to the Ilha do Sal, with visits to the Santa Maria Market, Espargo, Porto de Palmeira and the Pedra de Lume Salt flats. Return to Santa Maria via the Cabocan Tourist Expansion Zone. Rest of the day free in Santa Maria.
Day 3: Transfer to Sal Airport for the flight Sal - São Vicente. Transfer to your accommodation in the town of Mindelo. Rest of the day free in Mindelo.
Day 4: 07:00 Transfer to the Port of Mindelo. 08:00 - Ferry Boat crossing from São Vicente to Santo Antão. Duration of crossing - approximately 1 hour. Transfer from Porto Novo on Santo Antão to Ponta do Sol or Ribeira Grande. The transfer is combined with a walk on foot from Cova (volcanic crater) to Vale do Paúl, Janela and Vila das Pombas. The descent is very steep and we suggest that participants use appropriate footwear. Rest of the day free in Ponta do Sol or Ribeira Grande.
Day 5: Morning walk to Fontainhas. Visits to Chã d'Igreja and Cruzinha da Garça in the afternoon.
Day 6: Transfer to Porto Novo. Return to São Vicente by Ferry Boat. Transfer to your accommodation in São Vicente. 15:00 - Half-day visit to the town of Mindelo, Baia das Gatas, Calhau and Praia Grande.
Day 7: Transfer to São Vicente Airport for your flight to Sal. Rest of the day free in Sal.
Day 8: Transfer to Sal Airport for your return flight.
